Collaborating across communities
Through care and support, our services aim to assist individuals with independent living by providing a reliable support system and relevant programs to cope with life transitions. Recently celebrating 35 years of service, we assist those that reside in the Northern Townships of Hastings County and the municipality of Highlands East.
